This spring, we have two brigades traveling to Central America!
The medical brigade will travel to Panama to set up mobile medical clinics and preventative health workshops within partner communities through the utilization of student and health professional volunteers, here community members are provided with pro-bono general medical consultations, pap smears, vision screenings, and other specialized care.
Our public health brigade will travel to Honduras for the second year in a row where our volunteers, masons, and families work together to implement projects to improve health, hygiene, and sanitation such as eco stoves to improve community health outcomes.
We need your support!
This trip does not receive financial assistance from the university and is 100% funded by volunteers and fundraising events. Cost includes travel along with necessary supplies to set up a full health clinic, this is expensive for college students! Please consider making a donation of any size towards our campaign! All funds go directly to the students to help relieve the cost of these brigades. No amount is too small or too large and every gift will help us to reach our final goal. We cannot wait to post updates about our amazing trip and all of the wonderful stories that we will no doubt bring back!
